1. Membership Fees Membership fees are non-refundable. If membership is revoked due to a breach of conduct, no refund will be issued.

2. Event Cancellations by Members Cancellations made 7 days or more before an event are eligible for a full refund unless stated otherwise. Cancellations made less than 7 days before an event are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Event Cancellations by Minerva: If we cancel an event, members will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.

4. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Contact events@minervaartsclub.com for refund inquiries.

5. Some events are non-refundable, if this is the case it will be clearly stated in the event description. In the event of a non-refundable event, members can either sell their ticket to another member or convert their ticket into club credits which can be used to cover a future event.
