Minerva Arts Supper Club is a community of cultured, high-achieving women who value elegance, intellectual curiosity, and refined experiences. As a member, you are expected to uphold the club’s ethos at all times, ensuring that every event is a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

1. Respect & Inclusivity

  • All members must treat others with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and could lead to termination of membership.

  • Minerva is an inclusive space for women of all backgrounds who share a passion for art, culture and refined living. We are all different, with shared values or interests & that’s what makes the club appealing.

  • Minerva is an LGBTQ-friendly space & we expect Minerva members to show individuals in that community respect.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy Members

  • Respect the privacy of fellow members—what is shared at events remains within the club.

  • Members may not disclose or publicly share discussions, names or event details without consent.

  • Social media sharing of club events is allowed. However, check in with other members if they appear in your posts

3. Commitment to Our Venues & Partners

  • Members must respect all venues, staff and hospitality partners.

  • Any member who damages property, disrespects staff or disregards venue rules may face membership suspension or termination.

  • Minerva maintains strong relationships with luxury venues, members must represent the club with elegance, grace and professionalism at all times.

  • No unapproved plus ones. Minerva events are carefully curated; guests must be formally approved in advance.

3. Event Etiquette & Timekeeping

  • Arrive on time, respecting the time of fellow members, hosts and venue staff.

  • Follow the event dress code (if applicable). Members should always uphold the refined aesthetic of Minerva.

  • Repeated lateness or last-minute cancellations may result in reduced access to future events.

  • Engage fully in the event—avoid excessive phone use and ensure conversations reflect the elegance and sophistication of the club.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Harassment, abuse, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate membership revocation.

  • Minerva is a safe, respectful space—members must uphold the club’s high standards at all times.

6. Reporting Violations

  • Any concerns or rule violations should be reported to membership@minervaartsclub.com.

  • All reports will be handled with discretion and fairness

7. The Minerva Standard: Grace, Curiosity & Giving Back

  • Minerva Arts Supper Club is more than just a social club—it is a community of intellectually curious, culturally engaged, and socially responsible women.

  • Members are encouraged to approach life with curiosity, engage in meaningful discussions, and seek knowledge across diverse disciplines.

  • Philanthropy & Giving Back: As a club that values arts, education, and social impact, members are encouraged to support initiatives that uplift underprivileged communities, preserve cultural heritage, and foster creativity.

  • Carrying Ourselves with Grace: Whether attending an event, engaging in discussion, or representing Minerva in any setting, members are expected to embody grace, refinement, and respect—both toward one another and the venues, brands, and institutions that welcome us.

8. Intellectual Debate & Political Discussions

  • Minerva Arts Supper Club values intellectual curiosity, nuanced discussions, and the free exchange of ideas. Members are encouraged to engage in thoughtful political and cultural discussions, especially at debate dinners and salons.

  • While Minerva upholds progressive values, we welcome diverse viewpoints as long as conversations remain respectful, well-reasoned, and aligned with the club’s ethos of open-mindedness and civil discourse.

  • Hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory rhetoric will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Conversations should challenge ideas, not individuals
